The Darwin Woollybutt eucalyptus tree is widely distributed in the top end of the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region of Western Australia. These seed pods were collected in the rugged landscape near Borroloola in the gulf area of the Northern Territory’s Limmen Bight River Region. The arrangement of the pods in a personified group is centred on the idea of connection with nature and the universal desire for human community.
